Las principales actuaciones pueden incluir la siega y mantenimiento de c\u00e9spedes y praderas, poda de \u00e1rboles y arbustos, desbroce, recorte de setos vegetales, plantaciones, reposiciones, riego, abonado, tratamientos fitosanitarios, control de plagas, retirada de restos vegetales y mantenimiento de los sistemas de riego.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La prestaci\u00f3n puede incorporar igualmente trabajos vinculados a la conservaci\u00f3n de los elementos asociados a los espacios verdes, as\u00ed como actuaciones extraordinarias derivadas de temporales, ca\u00edda de arbolado, episodios de sequ\u00eda, plagas u otras circunstancias que requieran una intervenci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_3&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb4.16&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb text_font=\u00bbCatamaran||||||||\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Se trata de un servicio con una elevada incidencia de los recursos humanos, pero tambi\u00e9n de los veh\u00edculos, maquinaria, herramientas, combustibles, materiales vegetales y otros aprovisionamientos. Su dimensionamiento requiere disponer de un inventario adecuado de los espacios objeto de mantenimiento y relacionar sus caracter\u00edsticas con las tareas, frecuencias y rendimientos necesarios para alcanzar los niveles de calidad establecidos.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El servicio puede prestarse tanto en modalidad de gesti\u00f3n directa, mediante recursos del propio Ayuntamiento o de una sociedad mercantil p\u00fablica, como mediante gesti\u00f3n indirecta a trav\u00e9s de un contrato de servicios.
